Jordan Cooper is a native of Florence, South Carolina, and currently attends the University of South Carolina, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in African American Studies.
Jordan is deeply involved in student leadership, serving as Director of Internal Affairs for the University of South Carolina Homecoming Commission. In this role, he oversees Homecoming Court operations and supports campus-wide engagement efforts. He also serves as Cabinet Secretary of Student Services within Student Government, where he focuses on campus improvements and enhancing the overall student experience.
Previously, Jordan interned at Smith Ammons Law Firm and served as a Page in the South Carolina Senate for Senators Mike Reichenbach and Billy Garrett. Through these roles, he gained valuable experience in law, public policy, and constituent services, further solidifying his interest in public leadership.
Outside of his academic and professional responsibilities, Jordan enjoys cheering on the Gamecocks, volunteering at church, and exploring new spots around Columbia.
