Lillie is a native of Florence, South Carolina, and a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where she earned a degree in Political Science with a minor in Mass Communications.
Lillie brings significant campaign and grassroots experience, particularly at the local and federal levels. In high school, she served as a Field Director for Russell Fry for Congress, supporting a successful campaign in which now-Congressman Russell Fry defeated a ten-year incumbent in a highly contested primary. Following the primary, she worked as a grassroots operative with the South Carolina Republican Party’s Victory program in the Pee Dee region.
In 2025, Lillie was principal general consultant in electing an underdog candidate to Florence City Council, demonstrating her ability to execute disciplined field operations and deliver results in competitive local races.
Lillie also served as a student representative on South Carolina Superintendent of Education Ellen Weaver’s Transition Committee and held numerous leadership roles throughout high school and college.
Outside of work, Lillie enjoys attending Gamecock sporting events, participating in church activities, spending time with friends, and exploring Columbia.
