Sam serves the Upstate of South Carolina and brings a strong record of campaign leadership, organizational experience, and strategic communications to the First Tuesday Strategies team.
A two-time graduate of High Point University, Sam earned his B.A. in Political Science in 2021 and a Master’s in Communication & Business Leadership in 2022. During his time at High Point, he received multiple honors, including the University Award for Leadership, the Award for Practical Politics, and the Extraordinary Leader Award. He served as Student Body President, founded the campus chapter of Young Americans for Freedom, and played an active role in expanding civic and political engagement among students.
Throughout his undergraduate and graduate studies, Sam worked on a wide range of political campaigns, including local elections, State House races, and State Senate campaigns across North Carolina. After graduation, he continued his work in the political arena, quickly developing a reputation for disciplined strategy, strong messaging, and effective voter outreach.
Professionally, Sam also worked in community relations at High Point University, partnering with government officials, community leaders, and campus organizations. In that role, he helped bring nationally recognized conservative leaders—including Vice President J.D. Vance, Charlie Kirk, and Dr. Ben Carson—to campus for student-focused events.
At First Tuesday Strategies, Sam leads multiple campaigns across the Upstate, providing on-the-ground strategy, communications support, and operational leadership for clients at every stage of the campaign lifecycle.
